1. General Provisions
These regulations apply to transactions between the online store www.bronbiala.com.pl and the customer.
The ordering party (Customer) should review these regulations no later than the time of placing the order.
Any changes to these regulations will be published on the website

www.bronbiala.com.pl in the Regulations tab.
The sales contract for goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law.
2. Purchasing Rules
The buyer may be a natural person with legal capacity or a legal entity.
All prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN). Prices do not include shipping costs.
A receipt will be attached to each order.
3. Sales Agreement Conclusion Procedure
Registration is required to place an order using the online store form.
Registration is required to agree to the Terms and Conditions and provide the personal data marked as mandatory.
The Customer selects the ordered goods by adding them to the shopping cart.
When placing an order, the Customer can modify the entered data. To do so, follow the displayed messages and the information available on the website.
After the Customer has provided all the required information, a summary of the order will be displayed. The order summary will include information regarding:
1) the subject of the order
2) the unit and total price of the ordered products, including shipping costs
3) the selected payment method
The order submitted by the Customer constitutes a declaration of intent to enter into a sales contract.
4. Payment and delivery methods for ordered Goods:

2) You can also use the fast online transfer system PayNow (BLIK, payment card, online transfer).
3) cash on delivery - cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and is carried out to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order.
The Customer may choose the following delivery methods for ordered Goods:
via courier;
delivered to a parcel locker;
The order will be processed after the amount specified in the order confirmation is credited to the account.
5. Complaints and Withdrawal Procedures
The Seller is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code for any non-conformity of goods purchased by that consumer under the terms specified in the Act on Specific Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sales – that is, for a period of two years from the date of sale. The Consumer is obligated to notify the Seller of any non-conformity of the goods with the contract no later than two months from the date of discovery of the aforementioned non-conformity, under penalty of losing the right to file a complaint.

The Seller is obligated to consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
Right to withdraw from the contract.
The Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code is entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract. Pursuant to Article 221 of the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate written declaration – a sample form of which can be found in the Terms and Conditions – within 14 days, sending it to the Seller's address. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery of the goods.
The Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code is entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract. Pursuant to Article 221 of the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate written declaration – a sample form of which can be found in the Terms and Conditions – within 14 days, sending it to the Seller's address. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery of the goods.
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded. Whatever the parties have provided is returned unaltered. The consumer is obligated to immediately return the purchased goods to the following address:

The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The Seller will refund the amount paid to the bank account number provided by the consumer within 14 days.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions the Customer confirms receipt of information about the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. Personal Data Protection

Completing the data in the order form constitutes consent to the processing of personal data by the Seller and the Administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883. The Customer's personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the placed order and conducting financial reporting. 883. Each Customer who has completed the order form has the ability to access their data for the purpose of verification, modification, or requesting its deletion by writing to the administrator's address.
Customer personal data, protected in accordance with the Personal Data Act, is not transferred, resold, or lent to other persons or institutions. Necessary personal data may be shared only with entities through which the Seller fulfills the order. The Store processes only the data necessary to fulfill the purchase and sale agreement for goods and services.
Each Customer who has completed the order form has the option of accessing their data for the purpose of verification, modification or requesting their deletion by writing to the administrator's address.
7. Final Provisions
Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer who is a consumer shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer who is not a consumer shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means, the Act on special conditions of consumer sales, the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
